Dear Ivana, thank you for taking the time to share your experience, even though we’re sorry it took a whole month to hear your feedback. We strive to provide both exceptional coffee and service, so it’s unfortunate you didn’t mention these concerns while you were here, as we’d have gladly addressed them on the spot. Regarding the wait time, specialty coffee does take a little longer to prepare, as we put extra care into each cup to ensure quality. A 20-minute wait is definitely longer than usual, but it may have been due to a busy coffee shop at the time, and especially if someone before you ordered a V60. We do love to greet our customers and chat with them, especially if they have questions about what we do—it’s part of creating a welcoming atmosphere, and as you could see, we are a one man operation. As for the receipt, presenting it with your coffee is standard practice to ensure that all transactions are accurately completed, especially if you decided to pay at the counter. We understand that specialty coffee can taste different than what some people are used to, and we acknowledge that it's not everyone’s preference right away. It often takes time to appreciate the unique flavors and characteristics. We hope you'll consider giving us another chance and experience what makes specialty coffee truly special. Best regards,
