We have been customers for years, ever since it opened but I had actually never been to the shop; my impression is that being recognized as a long-standing customer on a day with many requests I was treated not very well, in fact upon my request to have a fried dish with more calamari I was initially told that if I wanted it that was it otherwise "we can't even do it " and then after I remained silent he told me he would put 3 or 4. Before I decided he turned to the customer after me so I decided to leave. Service for me is a very important thing.
