Good afternoon. I have been a weekly customer for a few years, but I have noticed a progressive decline in the preparations of the various pizzas and other specialties. In the end, the errors in cooking the pizzas, the sending of pizzas with incorrect or missing components, the 1 hour delay in deliveries, for 3 consecutive orders, during the summer, made me decide to stop ordering. Rating 6 political. Post Scriptum: this evening some customers of the business told me that it closed on August 14th. Best regards. P.S. Some former customers of Gravellona told me last night that the business was closed on August 14th, and that it will never reopen again, because the owner and manager won an important public competition in Omegna. Dietary restrictions: Poor choice in possible orders. There is no possibility to vary the menus. Delays of 1 hour in the delivery of pizzas and stuffed calzones. Quality of the pizzas and stuffed calzones, just enough to be generous. Some with singed crowns. It is not possible to give more than 6 as a rating. I recommend going somewhere else.
