Apologies come from our entire staff for your unfortunate inconvenience. 21 November brought exceptional gusty winds to Geneva. Our lunch buffet service is buffered from wind, but our premises is not entirely enclosed like you may find in a shopping mall. Anything like a gust of wind when the front door opens can affect the presentation of our food. Our takeaway boxes tend to hold a lot of static electricity and it can attract very light objects, and even with a keen eye to control - something may be attracted to cling to a container or lid. There's a lot involved in the pipeline to create phad thai noodles, probabaly about 15 different ingredients. Foreign objects do from time to time unfortunately appear in everyone's kitchens in this modern world. This is not an excuse but a reminder that we should all be conscious of checking our food ingredients. Experiences like yours can put anyone off, cause concern, and deflate expectations. Unfortunately perfection is not possible, but if we do get your confidence back, it brings us a step closer.More
