Fantastic place for breakfast, lunch or brunch. Rare to find food that actually tastes great in Switzerland, but Malea consistently delivers. We keep coming back! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Contradictory information after we tried to book. Turned up spontaneously after being told to do so but were rudely turned away. Yes it’s Mother’s Day but this isn’t a nice way to treat regular customers. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you felt disappointed by your experience. However, we had already informed you the day before that we were fully booked for Mother’s Day. We always do our best to be flexible and accommodate our guests whenever possible. Unfortunately, when every table is reserved, we simply cannot create additional seating capacity for walk-in guests. Especially on special occasions such as Mother’s Day, we must also respect the reservations made by guests who booked in advance. We hope to welcome you back on another occasion. When you consider the quality and taste of the food and coffee, the responsive and friendly nature of the service, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere it's impossible to give Café Malea anything below 5 stars in every department. If only it was possible to give six...
