Vengo in questo locale spesso per fare colazione. Cappuccino alla francese..con caffè molto lungo e la schiuma è veramente densa...da sembrare quella del sapone. Nel complesso di media bontà. La brioches invece molto buona. Presente sia dolce che salato. Prezzi nella media di Ginevra.

Horrible service and very rude waiter!
If your payment terminal has connection issues, do not force your client to pay again. I clearly showed you the bank message on my mobile that I paid and you insisted with arrogance!
And when I decided to try again and the payment failed, I kindly asked you to try with another machine and of course that was the summum of your arrogant reply: mon terminal marche tres bien et le problème c’est la carte!
I am the client Sir and you’re not offering me any drink or food! I am paying for it and the least you can do is being respectful. If you don’t know the basics of hospitality stay home you and your manager who was even more rude!
When I ended up telling you get another terminal as I don’t have any other card, you got it and ohhh it worked by magic! What a shame!
Plenty of cafés around, our regular group of 8 will definitely find another place to enjoy.
