Pizza buonissima! La pizza senza glutine è identica a quella normale, non si sente la differenza, veramente bravi. Sono una delle poche pizzeria di forlì ad avere la mozzarella senza lattosio. Ingredienti di qualità e pizza molto leggera, sono riuscita a digerirla benissimo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato. Meal type: Dinner

Sono in attesa della consegna a domicilio da tre ore esatte. Ho chiamato 3 volte ed ogni volta mi hanno assicurato che la pizza era in viaggio (senza peraltro controllare). Non è ancora arrivata.

It's a shame that I have to give one star, because the pizza itself was good. Too bad that after eating it (and I had only eaten that) after two hours I started to feel terrible until the next day. So, I'm lactose intolerant. I asked for a lactose-free pizza. Except that the girl who answered the phone hadn't listed it as lactose-free. I repeated it to him a second time. But I heard her talking to the pizza chef, listing the ingredients I had requested, without mentioning that I had requested lactose-free mozzarella. So I told her a third time that I can't ingest lactose. At that point, very annoyed, she replied "yes" in a generic way, but it was not clear whether she had taken my request seriously. I trusted. I ate my pizza very happy because it was actually good. Then I felt terrible for hours, so either the ingredients on the pizza were not fresh (but I repeat, the pizza was good, there were no bad or alarming flavours) or the mozzarella put on the pizza was not lactose-free. I would just like to underline that these types of requests are not whims, those with intolerances must be taken seriously because the customer must blindly trust the restaurateur given that a mozzarella with or without lactose cannot be distinguished by its taste, so when I go to eat a I can't tell if there's lactose in the whole pizza or not, I only realize it later when I risk getting sick. Having said that. I'm really sorry to give this review because while I was eating the pizza I thought about giving a positive review on the product, but unfortunately I can't. Furthermore, the girl who answered the phone was very irritating and very unkind. I would have overlooked this but I really felt too bad and it is my responsibility to let other intolerant people know that they need to be careful or at least ask the pizzeria to take these situations much more seriously. Taking into account that when gluten-free and lactose-free are proposed, decontaminated materials must be used (I say this as a biologist and I underline the importance of paying attention also from a legislative point of view). I will get pizza from you again because mistakes can happen and I want to give it a second chance. Which means blindly trusting your professionalism because intolerances are no joke and people feel very bad if they are given an unsuitable product. I hope something similar doesn't happen again otherwise I'll change pizzeria telling my acquaintances to be careful.
