Our concept focuses on offering a Korean BBQ experience alongside an Asian buffet, and we understand that taste and expectations can vary greatly from one guest to another. Regarding the BBQ selection, all our meats are sourced according to strict quality standards and handled following Swiss food safety regulations. However, we acknowledge that your experience did not reflect this, and we will review this internally with our kitchen team. As for the variety of the buffet and dessert selection, we continuously adjust our offering based on seasonality and customer feedback. Your remarks are valuable and will be taken into consideration as part of our ongoing improvements. Our pricing reflects not only the buffet, but also the table BBQ experience, product sourcing in Switzerland, and overall service environment.
