Dear Isa Lunkaya, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your visit did not meet your expectations. On that particular evening, we were managing a high volume of online orders with a small team, which may have caused delays. Additionally, as our seating is limited due to reservations our take away approach, as well as other guests already dining in, we understand this may have added to your frustration. Regarding the availability of our menu items, we did have two small items sold out that evening, but the rest of our menu was fully available. I apologize if this wasn’t communicated clearly and caused any misunderstanding. We always aim to provide great service and food, even during busy times, and we regret that we fell short during your visit.
