The food might be nice but I never got my order after waiting for 30 minutes. I asked for money back and I was treated in the most racist way by the employee. He called me Indian without knowing where I was from because of my skin color. He then called a person of white skin color Nigerian. The other client was also waiting for his order for 45 minutes. I will contact my credit card company to recommend that they do not do any business with this establishment. Oder somewhere else if youre hungry, i order at 17:12, just a simple menu, no extras no nothing, it has been over 1 hour and the tracker tells me my order is still being done, this is unacceptable, shitty service and mediocre food, id prefere a refund over the food love how the bad reviews get no replys too Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 20–30 Service: 1

Ordered from “MIT ALLEM” for the first time and the burger was sensational! Very good meat, aromatic cheese and the truffle mayo with the fries are highly recommended. Definitely deserves more attention! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
