Scarso customer care da parte del personale. L'addetta alla cassa n. 2 Erika chiudeva la cassa lasciando però acceso il display che indica cassa aperta ed operativa ed andava via. Le persone erano in fila ad attenderla mentre l'altra cassiera dell'unica cassa aperta avvertiva vedendo la fila che la cassa n. 2 era chiusa. Ad Erika veniva fatto notare che ciò aveva determinato un accodamento all'unica cassa operativa, da parte di chi aveva fatto la fila all cassa n. 2 e lei del tutto non curante rispondeva "mi dispiace", continuando a camminare lungo la corsia. Pessimo atteggiamento visto che la fila si è creata a causa di un suo errore!

What a wonderful shop. I would have liked to leave 5 stars ... but unfortunately it is not worth the maximum. As soon as you enter, you are struck by the fruit department ... all very clean and arranged with the utmost care ... very helpful, tidy and professional staff. It doesn't look like a discount store... (Compared to other discount stores in Termoli, they have fruit and vegetables on the floor, not clean, expired or rotten, etc.) I didn't go in... to buy fruit, but rather only from the gastronomy department, but it was so nice and tidy... that I wasted more time in the fruit department than in the gastronomy. The shop can clearly be seen that it is a new building, large parking lots, clean without the usual character (give me 1 €) and this will be another reason why I will come back to you. The departments... are very large and spacious. It would be ideal if there were more choices in the gastronomy, such as cooked vegetables, etc. I had the chicken and potatoes, very good and the lady who served me was kind. I would have given 5 as I said .... but the usual problem, the speakers are too slow. It's a real shame... you shop well, you appreciate order and precision (like the fruit department) and then you get to the house... and you have to lose patience.
