Very disappointing experience We visited this restaurant 4 times during our 5-day stay because we wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and hoped the staff were simply tired. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The staff were not particularly friendly and often came across as somewhat dismissive. The food also took more than an hour to arrive, which is far too long. What was especially disappointing was that the restaurant is advertised as being open until 23:30, yet at 22:12 we were told that they were no longer serving food because they were “closing soon.” We were still able to order pancakes, but the way we were looked at and treated made us feel very uncomfortable. There were obvious looks of disapproval and mocking expressions from the staff. This isn’t embarrassing for us — it reflects much more poorly on the restaurant and its management. We were perfectly polite and respectful throughout our visits, and unfortunately, we noticed that several other reviews mention very similar experiences. I’m genuinely sorry to say that this was one of the worst experiences of our holiday. We will definitely not be coming back. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
