It was my first time in the Lycka in Meilen (I was a client from the location in ZH, which closed). I feel as though the staff is wayyyyyyyyyy less friendly than the one they had in ZH. I asked a question or two and was answered in a very cold way that made me feel as though I were asking something stupid. The deco is very nice but is dusty in a few areas (One specifcally over the service station, which is kinda concerning ngl). The vibe of the restaurant is great but once again the staff that was serving me really felt kinda mean and unprofessional (inability to answer concretely and kindly) which made it lose points. Now, the good, the sweet treats are PHENOMENAL. The carrot cake has to genuinely be the best carrot cake I have ever eaten and sets itself apart from all competitors. The biscoff cheesecake is indulgent, creamy, and delicious. Overall, if there are a few tweaks to staff and a bit cleaning, this place is a gem. Anybody who is in ZH, should definetly and mark my words, DEFINITELY stop by Lycka. Keep it up guys . (Please bring the student discount back!!!!) Price per person: CHF 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Lots of options to pick from!!!!

Went to Lycka Coffeebar on our first day in Zurich and I loveeeed their cappuccino. It was smooth, creamy, and had the right amount of sweetness. My husband ordered the beef burger, and it tasted fresh, absolutely nothing like what we have tried back home. The staff were warm and welcoming, and even checked in to see if we liked the food. Five stars for the service, food, and how accessible it was from our hotel! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
