Prenotazione alle 20h, alle 21h20 ancora nessuno che ci dicesse che le prenotazioni erano in ritardo (apparentemente causa mancanza personale, quello che mi è stato detto). Non sono qui a giudicare il ritardo della prenotazione, ma il modo in cui si viene trattati senza avere nessuno tipo di risposta apparte quella di indirizzarci al bar offrendoci una bevanda. La qualità del cibo rimane buona, ma bisognerebbe rivedere l'organizzazione, perche con piu di 150 coperti 2 persone in sala purtroppo non bastano. Spero che sia un singolo incidente come quello avvenuto con il vostro proprietario. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Luigia in Geneva is a beautiful place, and our table service was friendly, polite, fast, and genuinely kind. We felt well taken care of throughout the meal, and the two pizzas we ordered were fantastic. Really delicious, and I say that as an Italian who pays a lot of attention to details. The tiramisu was decent, pleasant overall, though in my opinion a bit far from the classic version. I am not sure I would have called it tiramisù, but it was still quite enjoyable. Unfortunately, I cannot give more than one star because of something that, for me and my partner, seriously affected our evening. When we arrived for our reservation, we were left waiting for about 20 minutes. When I politely asked if there was any update on our table, the person at the entrance not only did not apologize, but replied rather arrogantly, saying she could not make people get up and that maybe in another 10 minutes we would be seated. Her attitude felt unnecessarily rude. We decided to let it go, and the rest of the evening was actually very pleasant, so much so that I was ready to overlook the initial discourtesy. However, when it was time to pay, the same person asked how everything had been. I answered, “Everything was very good, except for the initial wait,” and she reacted with clear irritation, telling me that if I had not waited, the experience would not have been as good. When I responded that it would actually have been even better, she just shrugged and dismissed it. I have never been treated this way in a restaurant. It is a real shame, because the place and the food deserve much better. Unfortunately, I do not think I will return, and I truly hope that anyone working directly with customers approaches the role with more courtesy, as it can make or break an otherwise excellent experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 40–50
