Avoid! Staff have a terrible attitude. Informed us that place was full, but when I checked online, they had availability all evening! So booked online and turned up, and the host was extremely inhospitable and she seemed panicked. Very boring atmosphere. Ordered oysters and caviar - totally amateurish in the way they were served and waited close to an hour for them. Caviar served with a metal spoon - a big no no! Blinis were extremely dry. Another disappointment from the Belmond Group as a few weeks earlier was gaslit by the staff at the Timeo. Note that I speak Italian fluently so there is never a language barrier. Will be staying away from any Belmond related establishment in Taormina. You are better off trying the Dolce & Gabbana bar / cafe across the road. More fun and better service and selection. Price per person: €100+ Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

My wife and I had a wonderful time here - the food and drink were fantastic, as was the views and service. We recommend the trio of mini arancini. Price per person: €70–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great view over the bay. The drinks were delicious and the meat and cheese platter for two was enough for four. Highly recommend a drink. But you’ll need a reservation. Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
