We happened upon this amazing baker, bakery and wonderful experience. Pascal (the baker/owner) got chatting to us outside his bakery. He spoke German with us and gave us a comprehensive tour of his bakery/kitchen. What an interesting and very kind man. He explained all about the baking process and gave us a traditional bread - very generous and what an interesting life. Pascal is a very young looking man. Thank you Pascal.
