After a ten minute wait some woman in jeans walked up and puts a menu on my empty table and without a smile asked "what do you want?"
I replied "beer"
Thinking that she'd make some recommendations in the absence of me having had a chance to study the menu. "beer?"
She asked quizzically as if I'd just asked for battery acid.
"That's what I said"
I replied getting annoyed. She then walked off and I tossed the menu aside and walked off.
I arrived at a nearby cafe where I was served within a minute by a professional traditionally dressed waiter.
