Unfortunately I can only give a terrible review. I booked via the website for Sunday lunch with my parents who arrived specially from Piedmont, I received the booking confirmation for 1.15pm via email. We arrive at 1pm (earlier than the reservation), the place was still half empty but they tell us that my reservation doesn't appear and that the place is already fully booked. I showed the email and pointed out that if there was a mix-up with the reservations, we were already in the place anyway and there was no point in sending us away. For me, the first and last time I set foot in that place. There are many excellent fish restaurants in Milan where the courtesy and organization is certainly better. Not being able to respond to what the honest owner invented in the review: I would have accepted an apology, because everyone can make mistakes, but I realized, from your response, that you are absolutely unreliable since I have no phone calls from you, nor have you made any proposal to delay our appointment. Also because mathematics is not an opinion and from 1pm (the time of our arrival) after 20 minutes, i.e. at 1.20pm we would have found ourselves with those who had booked at 1.15pm. Furthermore, we would certainly have waited since finding a place on Sunday lunch is not so easy and we walked around for a good half hour...
