As for the price issue, you're right: 12 euros for a simple "margherita pizza with a little grated parmesan" would be too much... in fact ours is not a simple "margherita pizza with a little grated parmesan"; -) All the ingredients we use are truly of superior quality: dough with Senatore Cappelli wheat, San Marzano DOP tomato, artisanal fiordilatte from Brescia, Parmigiano Reggiano Vacche Rosse 24 months... All this precisely because we are not interested in making the usual pizza (which would certainly cost less both for us and, consequently, for you...): you can find that everywhere. We want to offer you another level of product, that of authentic quality, which really makes the difference in terms of taste and gastronomic experience. We trust that this was the case for you too and we hope that you will visit us again. :-)More
