Dopo aver visitato il La Voute Club, vai lì per un pasto. La cucina francese e svizzera attraggono ospiti che cercano una nuova esperienza. Qui potrai assaggiare curatissime tartare, minestra e insalate. I gustosi cornetti, pancakes e parfait hanno un sapore appetitoso. Deliziosi vino, birra alla spina o champagne sono tra le cose da bere preferite di questo ristorante. Prova i fantastici caffè o cioccolata calda che servono qui.
L'esquisse è consigliato per l'attento personale. Rimarrai sicuramente soddisfatto dello spettacolare servizio. Questo locale propone una vasta scelta di piatti a prezzi abbordabili. Locale piccolo,ma carino e,dopo una visita a l’hermitage, è ottimo per un pranzo non impegnativo,ma gradevole e di buona qualità.I prezzi sono corretti per Losanna

Location idilliaca all'interno del parco Hermitage. Devo dire che il risotto al Limone che ho mangiato non era malvagio, ma aveva un sapore aspro molto accentuato che smorzava gli altri ingredienti.

July 9, 12:30 p.m., a beautiful summer day after our visit to the museum, we were planning to have lunch at l'Esquisse with our two children. We ask for an indoor table. One of the four staff in place tells us that she is no longer taking customers because there is not enough space outside and she was not serving inside. The interior is empty, and outside we have 8 tables with customers for 4-5 empty tables. Not wanting to make waves, we do not insist. If all the outdoor tables were reserved, it would have been a bit more diplomatic to specify this, as was the explanation for the refusal to serve indoors. Apart from that, neither the time, nor the affluence nor the staffing could justify the refusal to serve us. Service: 1
