Really annoying that they have all the service staff, the place is empty and you still can not order food or beer with a human and have to do it all electronically on the table. The beer and staff are lovely but this is an issue Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

The ordering system in Verbier was updated two years ago to improve speed of service — something especially important on the slopes, where guests often have limited time and want to avoid long queues. The goal is to make the experience more efficient during peak ski hours while still having a full team present to prepare and deliver orders quickly. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed the beer and found the team lovely — that means a lot. At the same time, the preference for traditional table ordering is completely understood. The restaurant is an igloo shaped building located right next to one of the ski lifts. Staff are super helpful and fast. All ordering is done via QR code on the table. Very high tech. Food is really good. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 70–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
