The structure you’re referring to (burgers served with sides) was introduced some time ago to offer a more complete experience rather than à la carte items, but it’s understood that this may not suit everyone.As for QR code ordering, this was introduced to improve speed and efficiency—especially in Verbier, where many guests prefer to spend more time on the slopes and less time waiting to order. During peak hours in particular, this has significantly reduced wait times and helped streamline service.That said, none of these changes should come at the expense of quality or enjoyment, and your comments are valuable in making sure standards remain where they should be.
