I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of Restaurant le Trinquet. Nested next to an industrial/business/shopping area, it attracts a diverse crowd and is lively. The waiters show goodwill and are often hired from unemployment agency as I understand. Food is classic but good in quality and quantity. I tried a veal cut that was cooked as desired and the sides were tasty. I also took a tea with mini-desserts and all three mini-ones were good though one had a little but dry dough. Overall a good option if you are in the area for any reason.
