A truly disappointing experience at this little tea room. Awful and unfriendly service by one of the women and I will never go back. I went in recently with my newborn son. He was in a stroller. I ordered a coffee and asked if she could take it to the lakeside tables for me. Normally, you have take the coffee outside yourself. However, I was with a newborn baby and a stroller and could not carry coffee and push a stroller at the same time. It was 10m from the cafe to the terrace and it was a beautiful sunny day. She refused saying it was too cold - it was 12C and gorgeous and the entire trip would have taken one minute. She said she could give me a tray. How does one push a stroller and carry a tray of coffee at the same time? I kindly asked her again and explained that I was alone, that i had the stroller and couldn't manage both and I would really appreciate her help. She refused - I could have my coffee inside or outside by the door. There were few clients in the tea room at the time and two other staff. I was speaking French and so no room for misunderstanding. A pity as I will never go back to this little tea room. Shocking customer service and not an ounce of kindness. Cold and unfriendly. Xem thêm
