Arrived a bit later than planned after a long day on the TMB, and they still welcomed me warmly and got me seated with no fuss. The fillet was excellent and paired perfectly with a cold local beer. What stood out just as much as the food was the staff, genuinely friendly and attentive to every guest in the room, not just some. A really lovely, relaxed evening and exactly what you want after a big day in the mountains. Highly recommend Service: 5

We came for lunch which was relatively good but nothing exceptional. However, service in the afternoon was extremely slow...when we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come and take our order having asked twice. One of the staff did make the nice gesture of offering to get a bowl of water for the dog but never actually brought it. Great view of the lake though.

I experienced the most unsatisfactory service I have ever encountered. I was quite surprised when a waiter raised their voice at me simply for inquiring about the status of my meal
