If you happen to be near Fri Art, Centre d'Art Contemporain, you can go to this restaurant. You may be offered such food as tasty tartare, tenderloin and fillet steaks, come here and try them. Taste perfectly cooked parfait. Get your meal started with delicious wine.
It's easy to find Le Pingouin due to its great location. The high ratings of this place would be impossible without the hospitable staff. Good service is something visitors appreciate here. The lovely ambiance will be a good addition to delicious food and good location of this spot. But this restaurant hasn't received a high rating on the Trip site.

Service takes forever. Almost 2 hours for a 2 course meal prepared on a grill with a room mostly empty.The rossini burger was clearly grilled on the same grill as one just used for shrimps. Honestly, who wants a foie gras burger with a shrimps aftertaste!

The food was ok, but the overall experience, in particular the service was pretty questionable. There were almost no customers in the restaurant and still we had to wait for almost an hour to get some food. Some of our group were served first, the others had to wait for another 20 minutes. In addition to that, two of us received the wrong dishes. The atmosphere was depressing, it was too hot inside and there was no way to put more than 4 people on the terrace. Well, we think the restaurant has some potential, if they improve their overall service.
