Ieri sera ho avuto il piacere di cenare al ristorante Le Petit Gourmet a Fermo. L'esperienza è stata eccezionale: piatti preparati con materie prime di alta qualità, lavorate e cucinate con maestria. La passione e la competenza dello chef sono evidenti in ogni portata. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e l'atmosfera accogliente. La selezione dei vini è ottima e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero competitivo. Consiglio vivamente questo locale a chiunque desideri un'esperienza culinaria di alto livello. Siamo stati accolti con simpatia e vivo interesse. La proprietaria del Petit Gourmet e lo chef si sono presentati e si sono raccontati. La scelta dei vini è accurata e ciò che lo chef propone è di eccellente qualità e interessante originalità. Lo consiglio vivamente. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono, il locale è intimo e accogliente. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Completely failed attempt at creating a fine dining restaurant atmosphere. Absolute lack of professionalism and seriousness. Table booked and secured by the managers given to other acquaintances who had just arrived without giving any sensible reason. They left us without a table at 10pm after making us wait in vain for 2 hours! Word given not kept! Terrible service! Waiters running and busy as if they were working in a mine to manage very few tables. Inappropriate intolerance of the lady we spoke to, she seemed to be doing us a favor. Fermo is our second home, but we will stay away from this place!

It is not at all true that you had made a reservation, when you came by to ask if we had a table available you were told to come back after an hour to see if it was possible to accommodate you as a booked table was perhaps up for grabs. at 9.30pm. The Gentlemen then arrived!! The fact that we seemed busy, yes it's true, there are two of us in the business we carry out and we have to hurry given the size of our place, in fact due to size issues we cannot make use of auxiliary staff during the Covid period. We're sorry if you're offended, but discrediting activities out of superficiality is a very bad thing!!! Good evening!!!More
