The construction of the restaurant Le Pérolles, located in the building of the Banque Cantonale Fribourgeoise (BCF) in Fribourg, was financed mainly by the BCF itself, certainly because it allowed the former boss to have his canteen downstairs. from his office :-) This project is part of the development of public spaces and real estate development carried out by the bank to revitalize the region and offer diversified services, including restaurant spaces. The setting is very modern but it's beautiful. A fireplace would have provided the slight lack of heat that one could criticize but hey, it all remains magnificent. Extremely minimalist lunch menu. Apart from the daily menu, the prices are very high. BUT... despite the fact that I am not at all a fan of "starred" restaurants, which I generally avoid, it is clear that the meal was of a very, very high standard. From A to Z, it was spectacular. Appetizers, starters, main courses, cheeses... (I don't eat dessert so I can't judge), it was fantastic. With, the icing on the cake, breads of exceptional quality. And to top it all off, an exceptional wine list with gems at reasonable prices. In short, an experience that I recommend. Respect. Well done and thank you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
