La cucina svizzera è sul menu di questo ristorante. Questo locale ti potrà deliziare con esotici filetto, brodo e foie gras. Non c'è niente di meglio che provare l'ottimo parfait. Se ti piace un delizioso vino, potresti apprezzare questo posto. È una piacevole esperienza assaggiare il fantastico caffè.
L'atmosfera ospitale del ristorante Le Pérolles dipende in larga misura dal personale, che qui è davvero creativo. Rimarrai sicuramente soddisfatto dello spettacolare servizio. Per un pasto pagherai prezzi assolutamente bassi. Ti piaceranno certamente l'ambiente calmo e l'arredamento attraente. È un ristorante una stella Michelin, riconoscimento che viene di solito attribuito perché vengono serviti pasti deliziosi.

A truly amazing experience! We went there for my wife's birthday and the food was exquisite, the service top notch and they knew exactly what wine to offer with what dish. It's a very unique experience and a perfect pick for special occasions! Make sure you have the evening freed up as we were there for over 3 hours and make sure you don't drive if you choose to go wine pairing as the pours are generous and it will get you tipsy! I still dream of the cheese cart and the waiter knew every single cheese and gave great advice! I had never seen anything like it before! Make sure you go past the kitchen and take a peak at the magic that happens there... The decor feels a little cold and grey but works in the setting. I will definitely return on a special occasion! The construction of the restaurant Le Pérolles, located in the building of the Banque Cantonale Fribourgeoise (BCF) in Fribourg, was financed mainly by the BCF itself, certainly because it allowed the former boss to have his canteen downstairs. from his office :-) This project is part of the development of public spaces and real estate development carried out by the bank to revitalize the region and offer diversified services, including restaurant spaces. The setting is very modern but it's beautiful. A fireplace would have provided the slight lack of heat that one could criticize but hey, it all remains magnificent. Extremely minimalist lunch menu. Apart from the daily menu, the prices are very high. BUT... despite the fact that I am not at all a fan of "starred" restaurants, which I generally avoid, it is clear that the meal was of a very, very high standard. From A to Z, it was spectacular. Appetizers, starters, main courses, cheeses... (I don't eat dessert so I can't judge), it was fantastic. With, the icing on the cake, breads of exceptional quality. And to top it all off, an exceptional wine list with gems at reasonable prices. In short, an experience that I recommend. Respect. Well done and thank you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
