Rude employee, not smiling and not accommodating. Hateful, too bad... you don't make people want to come and drink coffee at your place. A smile and a positive attitude is the basis in a service field such as yours. It’s a shame that the basic values are being lost.

I have been going to Le Panetier for 10 years and I have no comments to make! Just a one big word BRAVO to you, the united and efficient team and continue on this beautiful path! I still have little butterflies in my stomach and excited to go in the morning to drink my adorable Cappuccino with the real foam that makes me dream and to be in your company in joy and good humor!
