Ottimo bistrot libanese nel cuore della Losanna vecchia. Proprietari gentili e professionali. Ottime Manaish con il formaggio Halloum, e con carne macinata, pinoli, cipolla e pomodori. Prezzi equi.

Servizio veloce e personale gentilissimo. I prezzi sono molto onesti e il cibo è buonissimo e presentato molto bene.

I was excited to finally find a restaurant serving Manakish, but my experience at Le Levant was far from what I had hoped. I ordered two Manakish, one with cheese and one with za'atar, but instead, I was given a single Manakish with both cheese and za'atar mixed together. When I explained that I had ordered two separate ones, the staff offered to make a new one, but I was in a hurry and couldn't wait. What made the situation worse is that there was no gesture of goodwill or compensation, and I ended up paying for a meal I didn't want. The taste was disappointing, and I couldn't even finish it – mixing cheese and za'atar in this way just didn't work. I ended up throwing it away. On top of that, the dough was not good at all, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I had been planning to try other meals at this restaurant, but after this, I won't be returning. Lastly, the staff could benefit from maintaining a cleaner and more professional appearance. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that left a bad impression. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
