Gli ospiti sostengono di amare molto la cucina francese in questo ristorante. Molte persone vengono per godersi i suoi curatissimi tartare, gazpacho e tuiles. Prova i gustosi panna cotta, soufflé e creme brulee. Non perdere l'occasione di provare bere i loro ottimi liquore amaretto, champagne o whisky. Il fantastico caffè renderà il tuo pasto ancora migliore e vorrai certamente tornare.
L'atmosfera ospitale del ristorante Le Guillaume Tell dipende in larga misura dallo chef di cucina, che qui è davvero fichissimo. Rimarrai sicuramente soddisfatto del veloce servizio. I clienti di questo locale dicono di aver trovato i prezzi bassi. Ti piaceranno sicuramente l'ambiente attraente e l'arredamento spettacolare. Questo posto è una selezione Michelin e ha ottenuto le 2 forchette nere: gli esperti sottolineano pertanto che questo ristorante sappia offrire un comfort di buon livello.

Cena perfetta, piatti ottimi con un tocco di magia. Unica pecca: bottiglia di acqua 12 franchi!!!

I've made a reservation via email and ordered the Menu Degustation (on their Website there is one at CHF 83 and one at CHF 97). At the table they asked us if we want 7 or 9 courses, we ordered 7 (the card menu was not handed out to us). In the end they charged us CHF 138 for the Menue Carte Blanche. I was only aware of that when I was at home. I've send an email for an explanation why they served us something else what we initially ordered and how they explain the price difference of CHF 41 for one single dish (difference between Menu Degustation and Menu Carte blanche). The owner was very rude and did not want to admit any mistake from their side. This is also the reason why I write this review - at least he could have apologized that the service lady was not transparent to us and sold us a different menu what we have ordered. Moreover, they did not accept Amex, although all Michelin Restaurants accept Amex (did report it to the credit card company). Last but not least the location is old and not well maintained, upholstering of chairs not existent anymore since the chairs are from last century, the paint is peeling off, walls are dirty etc. Not at all what I call a Michelin Star experience. The food was good, but not at all worth CHF 138. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

We had great time at Guillaume Tell. We choose the "carte blanche" menu. It has 9 dishes for 165CHF per person. Everything tasted great - from scallops to duck ans mushrooms, from salmon to dessert. You can let them know in advance if you have any allergy/things you don't like. My hubby doesn't eat salmon hence they switched it with artichoke. Great service as well. Elegant, multilingual. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
