Bell'albergo, tranquillo, vicino al campo sportivo. Molto ben tenuto, un po' vintage anni 70. Colazione buona. Buono il ristorante. Camere ampie e pulite. Solo la moquette nelle camere non mi piace

We just spent one night, from Thursday to Friday, in this hotel. Our opinion is really mixed. The hotel is really beautiful, the atmosphere is warm and the welcome was good. However, there are few parking spaces in front of the hotel. The economy standard room (101) is comfortable. The balcony is shared with the neighboring room, so there is passage in front of the window. We returned late in the evening (11:45 p.m.) and unfortunately, our key got stuck in the lock of the night access door. We tried several times to open it, without success. We tried calling the hotel several times, without success. We stood in front of the hotel for 45 minutes trying to open the door to get in. We tried one last time to force the lock really hard in hopes of opening the door, without breaking the key. Luckily it worked, but we were on the verge of leaving for another hotel for the night because we didn't want to stay out... We reported this to reception in the morning. The lady apologized and simply told us that it shouldn't happen and that she would check the key. Yet it happened and we were surprised to see that there is no diversion of the phone at night or an emergency number in case of problems. This clearly ruined our stay at this hotel. A small gesture would have been appreciated (a free coffee or tea for example). It felt like what happened was unimportant, but it was clearly not a pleasant experience. We discovered the hotel at New Year's Eve and fell in love with the setting and the decor. We had reserved the Chinese fondue menu. We were the first to arrive at the beginning of the evening and despite an empty room, we were seated at a round table which was not set up and which was much too large for two people, instead of a pretty table set up for the occasion. There were two of us at a huge table and we had to eat side by side to be able to hear each other talk. In terms of romance, it wasn't ideal and we weren't very comfortable. We would have really liked to have had a nice little table. However, we had booked several weeks in advance and had received written confirmation. We were disappointed to see that we had been “forgotten”. We decided to give it a second chance by coming back, this time sleeping there, because we really liked the hotel. We were disappointed once again. We are not complicated people but these experiences have cooled us. Unfortunately, despite our desire to discover the hotel in summer in another type of room, we are not sure we will return for fear of reliving a bad experience. However, we really like the place. The well-being of our customers is paramount and we have taken your comment very seriously. After checking, there was indeed a bad contact in the lock, which is why the key had difficulty opening the front door at night. As explained, our main phone is not diverted but we have an emergency number which is posted on the door, but certainly not visible enough.
