Normally, when faced with notes or complaints made to us by customers, we respond by apologizing or specifying how the facts happened. But when faced with a topic like that of a disabled child, to which we as a structure are very sensitive and for which we are well equipped, we really want to clarify. With each reservation we specify that each umbrella can accommodate two adults plus two small children or a maximum of three adults and for this we would be grateful if we could verify your reservation. Despite this, if the presence of a disabled child had been revealed upon your arrival we would have tried to make an exception in order to make management of the situation simple. We would perhaps have proposed, as we have already done without increasing the price on other occasions, the use of a shed where there is more space. Our establishment is frequented by numerous disabled people as we pay attention to facilitating their stay with highly accessible avenues, walkways on the beach, removable platforms, sanitary services and job chairs to be able to enter the water with the help of our staff. We are saddened by a probable misunderstanding, we hope that you believe in our good faith and that you come back to us to verify what we are explaining to you. Thank you Bagno Le Cannucce.More
