Einfach:GENIAL!!! !! 10 30 this morning, and a hunger that I could not bare anymore on my way to Aigle to the Vet. I pass this Restaurant :The door was CLOSED, but the Photos looked promicing. The other side of The street:Donner Kebab, and a hairdresser, 500 m away KFC, mc Do & co. I ve said i give it a try, i did not eat a good Burek since months. To my surprise, door was opened. The owner greeted me, he had something in his eyes that remembered me of my father. He looked worried. Who eats at 10 30 am?! For me was ok, as I ve Woke up 3 am this morning,so my biological clock was actually 4 pm. Conversation: -' Bonjour' -Bonjour ''!?????????? '-' Burek?'' -' Yes!' -' 'Epinard? " -' 'Yes....' ' -Cevapcici? ' Yes!!!' ' 'Zu mitnehmen' '' Yes'' ' '10 minutes' ???? '' Yes'' Then the owner asked me politely if he could offer me a Coffee while waiting. I was already at my 6 th espresso this morning, so I had to say no. After 10 minutes my plate was ready, it smelled delicious, and I can only say It was one of the Best Epinard burek i ve had in years:I ve ate we ate it at Lunch, so for me it was actually my dinner. I will definitely come back. I m sorry i did not say '' thank you'', I was really in a hurry....c est la But thank you' 'monsieur' '.
