We were disappointed because when we ordered the “deer mouse” was no longer available. The waitress then offers me the same dish but says that it is another part of the animal. I then ask her what is the difference? She tells me that she doesn't really know but that in fact the taste must be stronger because ultimately it's another animal... in short it wasn't very clear. So I decided to have another dish, the “pheasant supreme”, she told me that it was no longer available but she still offered the same dish but with chicken instead of pheasant. So I ask him if this alternative is the same price as the initial pheasant dish? She tells me yes. Which surprises me. To finish, we took 2 starters “shrimp tempura” and “grilled octopus” the starters were good but the octopus tentacle was not even whole. The wait for the dishes was very long. For main course, we had the “chasing burger” which was good and the “watering can beef tartare” which was very good.
