We had dinner at the Landhaus restaurant in Saanen, but unfortunately we were very disappointed: -A peppermint aphid was in the aperitif -The wrong salad was served and after we kindly pointed this out to the waiter, 5 minutes later the same plate was served again, this time with apple/radish slices but still not as on the menu. -Two pieces of the eggs in the Nüsslisalat still had their shells on them -When we didn't give a tip when paying, the waiter ran away indignant and pissed off without saying goodbye. This despite the fact that we ordered an aperitif, starter, main course and wine. All in all, mistakes can always happen, but this was clearly not recommended, from the service to the kitchen. The problems you describe, from the aphid in the aperitif to incorrectly served and incomplete dishes and the dissatisfied service at the end of your visit, are unacceptable. I am sincerely sorry that you had to experience such inconvenience. I assure you that we take your concerns very seriously and that we have already taken steps to ensure that such incidents are avoided in the future.
