Pay more attention to the information provided at reservation as to how to arrive to the camp and plan ahead rather than relying on maps to get you there. Navigation from the car vs iPhone maps vs Google maps was giving us three different instructions because we did *not* read the information properly! This can quickly become stressful if you’re in a campervan while the roads are narrow and the wrong roads are even more narrow! Once arrived the service was incredibly helpful & friendly. They speak German & English additionally. Always have your levels packed because many of the spots on this lot require them to be balanced and not tilted. Confidence in parallel parking is also a bonus Beautiful HIKE into the city ! Walking back along the street is not recommended you must do the hike there and back .. Absolutely stunning views from EVERY campsite. Clean facilities, free laundry & showers. Great place overall!

Vielen Dank!! Leider ist das mit den Navis immer wieder ein Problem, weil unsere Hausnummer je nach Navi irgendwo ganz anders angezeigt wird. Wir arbeiten dran das zu korrigieren, aber nicht jeder Navi Hersteller ist hilfsbereit :-) Google Maps ist aber definitiv richtig.

Excellent service - super nice staff. Read the review bevor you come, though. You want to understand the downsides. + Awesome view across Lago Maggiore + Private access to the lake + Rent a boat (no licence required) or a pedal boat + Excellent Restaurant + Clean restrooms and showers + Shortcut to Cannobio through the woods - no streets (bring hiking gear) + Dogs welcome - very close to the road - if you come with a campervan or a tent, it feels like you're camping on a racetrack (qualifying at 4:30 in the morning and the race starts at 5:30 or 6:00 latest). There is a narrow road turn just in front of some of the pitches, and in Italy. They don't seem to have any noise reducing exhausts... - the sundown is about to hours earlier than in other places around. This is especially annoying in autumn when you want the sun - The road to the pitches ist extremely narrow. It is okay with a small camper van. It can become problematic with larger vehicles.

The campground has great service and a beautiful view. The restaurant is very good. The only downside is the walk through the forest to town (at night) and the toilets are a long way from the campsite, but I recommend it! Service: 5

Vielen Dank!! Die Entfernung zu den Sanitäranlagen hängt ein bisschen vom Stellplatz ab. Die oberen Plätze sind etwas weiter entfernt, haben aber dafür ein paar andere Vorteile :-) Den Waldweg in den Ort können wir leider nicht beleuchten - aus Naturschutzgründen. Freut uns sehr, dass Sie eine schöne Zeit bei uns hatten! :-)
