TOTALMENTE SOPRAVVALUTATO. Da appassionato di birra artigianale, voto ZERO. Birre spinate in maniera terribile, nonostante avessi chiesto gentilmente di metterci tutto il tempo che volevano, pur che arrivassero ok. Ho dovuto chiedere un altro bicchiere vuoto per ridurre la quantità di Co2. Dopo l'ennesima birra sovracarbonata, sono passato ai gin tonic coi gin di Broken Bones, che almeno andavo sul sicuro. Nonostante stessimo facendo conto piuttosto elevato (eravamo un tavolo da 20), con almeno 15 giri di bevute e fuori diluviasse, 10 minuti prima della chiusura hanno spento le luci per farci uscire. Avremmo preferito un modo più gentile. Cibo da tapas. Per fortuna avevamo mangiato molto prima in un altro locale. Per quanto riguarda le birre artigianali abbiamo ripiegato su un altro locale, che era meno servito, ma sapevano spillare le birre. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We work every day with passion to offer properly served craft beer and warm hospitality, so your feedback is valuable to us and we want to look into it carefully in order to improve.To help us verify everything precisely, could you kindly let us know:-the date and approximate time of your visit;-the name under which the table or bill was registered (you mentioned a group of about 20 people);-which beers you ordered (brewery/style or tap number) and in which sequence;-if you happen to remember which member of our staff was following your table;-any additional detail regarding the Broken Bones gin & tonic service.Regarding the carbonation issue, we will immediately check the pressure and line logs from that shift and use this feedback to reinforce staff training, our goal is to make sure every beer is poured at its best.As for the closing procedure, we apologise if our communication came across as abrupt. We will review our closing protocols (last call, verbal notice, lighting) to improve the way we handle large groups, especially on complicated evenings such as those with heavy rain.We are glad that you appreciated the Broken Bones gin, it’s a local distillery we truly care about.
