After a long bus journey, my mother and I stopped at this café during a 1.5-hour transfer, hoping to have a couple of drinks and refresh before our next bus. Unfortunately, we never even got the chance to order. We sat down next to a table of four who had already been served and we have waited already 10 minutes before we even recognized who the waiter was. A younger blonde waitress was sitting at a table using her phone, talking to a friend who was also sitting next to her, and not even paying much attention to customers. When she finally came to serve a newly arrived table across from us, we politely asked if we could order two simple Cedevitas. She told us that our section belonged to another waiter and that someone else would take our order. That would have been completely understandable if someone had actually come. Instead, we waited for well over 30 minutes while no waiter appeared. During that time, we noticed the same waitress spending most of her time sitting at the counter. The table next to us, who had already been served, finished their drinks and left, yet we still hadn’t even placed an order. When the waitress returned to serve another new customer at the table across from us, I asked if there was actually another waiter covering our section because nobody had come. She looked confused, looked around, and when I asked if we should simply move to the other café since nobody wanted to serve us here she awkwardly said yes. The actual issue was that nobody informed us from the beginning that no one would be serving our section. We spent almost our entire transfer waiting after an exhausting trip, expecting at least a drink or a glass of water. In the end, we gave up, bought a bottle of water elsewhere, and had to leave with no time left. Very disappointing service without a care in the world. A little communication and attention to customers would have made all the difference.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
