Ottimo ristorante. Alloggiando a Lopud per una settimana abbiamo avuto la fortuna di cenare in questo ristorantino più di una volta e devo dire che siamo rimasti sempre molto soddisfatti. Sia i piatti di carne che quelli di pesce sono entrambi molto buoni ed i prezzi sono modici rispetto alla qualità e alla quantità offerta. Uno dei migliori dell'isola... Ambiente in riva al mare bello, nulla da dire, tutto il resto da evitare. Abbiamo pagato 25€ per un semplice piatto di sogliola. Il servizio a dir poco inesistente. Non ci è stato chiesto se volessimo altro, se andava tutto bene ecc. siamo stati tre clienti invisibili agli occhi dei camerieri. Mai più. Trappola per turisti. This was our second time on Lopud, after 13 years and we were looking for a culinary experience and thankfully we chose La Villa Restaurant. Having researched the restaurant and discovered that the three partners had all worked in 360 (formerly Gil's in Dubrovnik) we had to book a table here. My wife and I ate in Gil's on our honeymoon and still talk about the experience to this day! From the start we we made to feel so welcome by Massimo (one of the three partners). The level of service was second to none. Having perused the menu and chosen our meals, Massimo recommended a very nice local white which complimented our meals perfectly. My wife chose the naked sea bass and I had the pork belly. Both of these dishes were presented beautifully and tasted even better!! Our two girls had pasta and fish & chips - both as flavoursome as Emer's and mine. Deserts were the tiramisu, citrus and chocolate mousse. I personally chose the citrus and was not let down by the bowl of sweet and tangy flavours.... Yummy!!! We don't know when we will be back to Lopud but I promised Masimo that we will definitely check in when we do return. This restaurant is one to watch and if you do make it to this stunning island I simply cannot recommend La Villa enough. Thank you Masimo et al for a true night to remember.
