Here’s one important area for improvement: the whole hotel is overrun with spiders, including on the terrace and even in the rooms. Unfortunately, this is also the reason why I won’t be staying at this hotel again, even though the service and location are excellent. Service: 5

Dear Mr. Bochsler,We would like to thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.As for the spiders and their webs, our teams work every day to remove them from our property. Since the property is located in the heart of nature, we do everything we can to maintain a 5-star standard while managing the inevitable presence of the surrounding flora and fauna. We hope, however, to have the opportunity to welcome you back, and we send you our warmest regards from Neuchâtel.Pia Fortunato, Front Office Manager

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palafitte and can highly recommend it. The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, and located in a truly unique setting. The service was attentive and professional throughout our stay, and we felt genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection of high-quality products, and the bar had a warm and friendly atmosphere that made it a perfect place to relax in the evening. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable experience. We will definitely be back. Service: 5
