As for the products, they were displayed in a showcase, which we then have continuous production because we serve hundreds of customers and maybe some trays were left on the counter, I think it could happen. Distance and masks are not respected by almost any of the tourists who, like you, perhaps went around an island or other destinations every day (in fact there has been an increase in cases in some islands) so what are we talking about? The counter is displayed at 7pm, so you cannot find everything hot two hours later, we still offer the possibility of heating the dishes in our restaurant just a few meters away, I advise customers like you to go to a restaurant to eat hot or to bring a packed sandwich if you want to save money, so as to avoid certain reviews from people who work 20 hours a day to guarantee you a service, which for goodness sake will not be impeccable but there is no need for this malice.
