Abbiamo soggiornato 2 giorni di Capodanno nel delizioso paese di Premilcuore presso il B&B la Rosa del Rabbi, struttura strategica per escursioni nel Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi. La camera era nuovissima, pulita e molto confortevole. Ringraziamo i giovani proprietari per l'accoglienza e disponibilità anche nel risolvere rapidamente un problema inaspettato. Torneremo presto. Noteworthy details: In centro ma con ampia disponibilità di parcheggio sotto la struttura. Hotel highlights: Romantic, Quiet, Great value

Ci siamo fermati per un caffè, locale piccolo, molto carino e fornitissimo di thè, tisane, un bel banco salumi e formaggi e di prodotti di ottima qualità. Service: 5 Location: 5

Having ended up in the area, we decide to go to the (well-kept) bar with a deli counter that seems interesting. Service at the bar which to define as embarrassing is an understatement. Generally I avoid negative reviews, but every customer who enters has the right to a little attention, it is the minimum "union" required for those who deal with the public. Otherwise there are many other jobs... The 3 people behind the counter carefully avoided paying attention to us, initially leaving us standing in the doorway for an indefinite time. Finally a waitress deigns us, evidently struggling to find us a table. The restaurant has limited internal spaces so I understand the difficulties in accommodating our group (7 people), but asking the potential customer how to do it is not exactly the height of professionalism. Instead of taking the reins of the situation she replied piquedly that that was the place. Then the bartender and waiter argue heatedly with each other about the number of chairs available in the place (!!!). In the growing embarrassment we were then offered something: first to sit at a table for 2 people (I repeat there were 7 of us!) and then to wait for another table next to us to become free. We accept but several more minutes pass, still standing like light poles at the door of the place. Sometimes a joke is enough to lighten things up and break the ice a bit with the waiting customer, instead everyone is down with their heads down intent on a tightrope service for the 3 busy tables... After another wait and without having any idea of how much we actually had to still waiting, we decide to break the delay and the palpable embarrassment by leaving. I would have gladly savored something from the deli counter (which looks inviting) but I confess that unprofessional attitudes like these are quite irritating. If there's no room, just say so (maybe with a smile, it doesn't hurt). As a former colleague in the sector, I recommend a "minimum" of training on welcoming customers. Service: 1
