We are very sorry Mrs. Carola for the sand you found in the seafood, unfortunately a clam must have happened which opened up and pushed out some sand and the chef didn't notice. Unfortunately this is something that can happen with seafood …We are very sorry Mrs. Carola for the sand you found in the seafood, unfortunately a clam must have happened which opened up and pushed out some sand and the chef didn't notice. Unfortunately this is something that can happen with seafood and we are sorry it happened. If she had told us, we would have changed her plate with something else she liked. As regards the flavor of the dish, however, we do not add salt to this dish precisely because the seafood uses it when it is opened and cooked, so it was the salt itself of the seafood. Finally, our dish "Spaghetti with fruits of the sea”, as per the menu, consists of spaghetti with mussels and clams lightly stained with cherry tomatoes, so it does not contain other ingredients that perhaps you were expecting.
