Standout courses included the tasting menu selections, which demonstrated both innovation and respect for local croatian ingredients. Service was equally impressive—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm without being intrusive. The staff guided us through the menu and wine pairings with confidence, elevating the entire dining experience. The wine list deserves special mention, featuring a strong selection of Croatian wines alongside international labels, carefully chosen to complement the cuisine. While it sits at a higher price point, the overall value is justified by the quality, execution, and experience.
