Only one star because you can't do less. Terrible ice cream, probably poorly prepared with industrial bases. The girl who served us took and dunked the portioner (the clamp that forms the balls) into a Nutella bucket full of water at each change of flavor. It was water originally but after a bit of ice cream I don't know. If I'm not mistaken, by law spatulas and portioners should be placed in containers with running water, for proper rinsing and replacement. Next to the ice cream fridge display, a nice box of cones on the ground. Even though it is still closed, it doesn't seem like the most suitable place to me. On the other hand, shops that sell food cannot even place packs of plastic water bottles on the ground. After twenty days spent in this beautiful part of our ITALY it was not a "sweet" end of holidays.
