Se volete passare una splendida vacanza vi conviene prenotare adesso. La struttura è bella, molto pulita e curata, circondata da giardini e piante del corallo. Che dire della piscina : la ciliegina sulla torta. Siete vicini a Lecce, città bellissima, vicinissimi ad Otranto, Torre Dell Orso e San Foca. Antonio il proprietario con i suoi ragazzi ed il suo staff vi sa consigliare. Grazie della bella vacanza. A presto. 27.luglio 2024. ABSURD experience, booked in April 2023 a three-room apartment priced at 2,190.00, a bit high price but I trust the reviews which boasted an enchanting place. So I arrive on August 17th ahead of time and there is no one at the reception, I call and I have no answer.. I go for a walk and come back for check in time (5pm) still no one at reception I call still no answer. I wait a long time then I enter the residence and I see that on the swimming pool sign there is a second number I call and they tell me that they are about to arrive. When they arrive they have no trace of my April reservation so in a brusque tone they ask me for the reservation sheet. The son speaks to the father who utters "now how do we do it?". They give me a very small house and when I show up resentfully and explain what the room I had booked was like, they give me another slightly more spacious one. Here the air conditioning is paid for handsomely, it is provided only if you are in the room if you go out poof everything turns off so you pay but there is no total service, the gentleman (father) tells me to keep the fridge on maximum 2 otherwise it will freeze. It is clear that he wants to optimize the consumption of a family that has paid €2,190.00 for a week. The very shallow swimming pool is only accessible from 9am to 1pm and from 4pm to 7pm, it can only be accessed with a swimming cap and has NEVER been illuminated in the evening as can be seen in the photos published in the other posts. Very disappointed, I give up everything and go to the nearby beach, another point that led me to book this facility.. The beach is not that close, I say this for the elderly people who will have to go downhill crossing a road that overlooks a campsite, the road is frequented by a hobo of people who sleep in their cars, dogs who pee everywhere even on things placed on land.. to get to a totally impassable beach!!! Flat rocks, very little beach to sit on. There are no open supermarkets, to reach them you have to take the car because the nearby PAM is permanently closed. Over the past few days, speaking with the neighbors I have also discovered that the prices are made on a friendly basis because the family next to my room for the period 19.8-2.09 pays 1600 while I pay 17.08-25.08 €2190. Who knows what the variable that generates this delta will be, considering also that there were 4 of us and 6 of them! Finally, the staff is not at all friendly, they are not in the house upon arrival, not even the welcome bottle of water, nothing is missing... When you leave you leave the keys on the table and no one even says hello. The restaurant is not functioning and in fact there is a for rent sign, the road to get to this place is full of potholes and impassable. If you think about booking here, trust this review and you will totally change your mind! I have heard so many complaints, I am sorry that those with whom I have observed do not waste a moment as I am doing to write the real situation of things. Finally I asked for the payment receipt on the first day when unfortunately I paid before checking the structure and imagine I still haven't received anything... Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
