Dopo la visita nella bellissima cittadella ci siamo fermate in uno dei tanti locali per un aperitivo rinfrescante. La location è bella, situata nella prima piazza, all'ora di cena una goduria stare fuori. Il personale gentile. I prezzi sono giusti! Per un tagliere grande misto, una Heineken, uno spritz e un crodino, 25 euro! Lo consiglio!

È un bar quindi è ovvio che la cucina non sia un granché.All'interno del paesello ci sono tante altre osterie..Ma questo è una mano Santa per rimettersi in forze appena arrivi ( boccheggiando)Grazie!

We were in Civita for the second time, on this occasion with our whole family. We carried with us a beautiful memory until we stopped in the bar of "La piazzetta" to enjoy something fresh, and one of the employees showed up at the table and, after having taken an order with an annoyed manner, brought the drinks without even thinking about cleaning the previously occupied table and without a mask both inside and at the end of the room. Not only was the table dirty but the ashtray was also full of cigarette butts. My father asks if the table could please be cleaned before leaving us our drinks. The waiter half-heartedly replies to wait a moment and in the meantime places all the things on the table as if no one had asked him for anything and leaves. Given that the table should always be cleaned at the end of each drink, but after an explicit request we are completely ignored. We finish eating at the table and my father goes inside to pay but also to point out the lack to the waiter and in response he hears: "I'm not a slave!". Upon hearing the response, the owner says: "sorry, we're a bit tense", which doesn't seem like a valid justification to me. Rudeness and total lack of professionalism and hygiene especially in times of covid.

For us owners it was a very tiring year... finding trained and qualified staff was practically impossible. We had to settle! I perfectly understand your disappointment in having been served in an unprofessional manner... imagine our great and immense disappointment in having to train young kids, pay them handsomely without obtaining adequate results! The boy in question was promptly taken back, but obviously in private. There is a saying that circulates among us owners: "listen and teach in public and then correct in private"! This waiter obviously no longer had his contract renewed, this is what we could do, other means at our disposal at that precise moment were not there, other than to apologize to you, trying to minimize what happened.
