Dear Benjamin, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry about the dissatisfaction experience and hope we get another chance to change your first impression. In consultation with our staff you were interested in some of very rare wines. You can buy all displayed wines. Wines from the top of the shelves, with no price tag or something else are just by request or already reserved. It’s not possible to take that out of the shelves and instantly buy it. As you have written, you can understand when bottles can be allocated. So it’s pretty hard to evaluate the whole situation why there was such negativity by the talk. Our goal is to give the best service at any time. We already talked with our staff and found a solution that there are no more misunderstanding for some very rare wines. I hope we get another chance and can show you also other great wines from our assortment. You can send us a request for rare wines on [email protected]. The allocations take place a few times a year.
