Sono stata a pranzo diverse volte, le pietanze tutte impeccabili, dalla raganella ai gamberi in capsula ai vermicelli alle vongole per non parlare della frittura: ECCEZIONALE!!! Lo chef può vantare oltre alla magnifica cucina uno staff garbato, gentile, premuroso ed attento ad ogni singola esigenza, per non parlare della location da favola. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Ristorante eccellente, location fantastica. Abbiamo mangiato un crudo buonissimo e tanto altro cucina strepitosa che meriterebbe una stella ma altrettanto al sig Vincenzo che ci ha deliziato della sua presenza persona simpatica. L’unica nota stonata la Signora alla cassa scontrosa e arrogante. Peccato!

Waiter snorting. 3 euro cover charge for 3 cutlery. We ask for an appetizer to share and four first courses, around 1.15pm. The waiter - Andrea - tells us that if we had ordered 4 different first courses we would have eaten in batches, so we order 2 of one type (vermicelli) and 2 of another (linguine). The place is nice, time passes, the tables next to us arrive, order, eat, and leave. The appetizer arrives. Two mussels stink but that's okay. The bread is charred on one side but it happens. At 2.25pm I asked Andrea if there was any problem with our order, given that at least 3 tables of 4 and one of 5 had already completed lunch and had arrived AFTER us. The waiter presumably jokingly tells us "why did you order anything else?". BUT MAYBE HE WAS NOT JOKING. "They're serving them up for you" he adds. The table next to us orders amberjack with stew, which arrives raw and is refused, with increased snorting from the waiter. Ten minutes later, at 2.35pm we are at the cash register to pay since the bad mood was palpable and no one brought us food, but rather we felt cheated. Once at the cash register the waiter goes to the kitchen and returns with the pasta dishes, which are obviously refused given that we have already expressed that if they hadn't served us by 2.30pm we would have left. They give us the bill, they make us pay for the 4 first courses, which I demand at least be given to us to take away since after 1 hour of waiting they would have made us pay for them even if we hadn't eaten them. In the hotel we also open the tubs and discover that they are all spaghetti. I returned to the restaurant in shock, asking what the linguine was, costing 26 euros per portion, because it all looked like spaghetti to me. The waiter replies "ARE YOU BACK TO RAISE QUESTIONS?". But they didn't teach him to say sorry, you can see. None of the restaurant staff showed up to apologize, at the hotel - which hosts the restaurant - they washed their hands of it and in any case NO ONE APOLOGIZED FOR AN UNWORTHY SERVICE.
