Had a beautiful lunch here. The view is beautiful. Our waitress was very attentive and looked after us well. Had the set fish menu. Good value and a lovely bottle of Kutjevo rose wine, also not a bad price in comparison to other places. Would definitely recommend. Located in the heart of Mlini with a prime spot overlooking the ocean, La Norma is a true gem for anyone looking to dine with breathtaking views. The open-air setting, right on top of the ocean, offers an unforgettable atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for a leisurely lunch or dinner. The food lived up to the setting with an array of fresh, flavorful dishes. For starters, the burrata was creamy and indulgent, while the avocado tuna salad was perfectly balanced, light yet satisfying. Moving on to the mains, the grilled octopus was tender with a nice char, complemented beautifully by peas, and the green risotto was rich and comforting, an ideal pairing. The drinks menu was a standout as well, especially for gin lovers. The rosemary gin tonic had a fragrant, herbal twist, the rose gin tonic was floral and refreshing, and the cucumber gin tonic offered a crisp, clean taste. Dessert was the real highlight of the meal. The chocolate and orange cake is an absolute must-try, combining rich chocolate with the perfect hint of citrus. The carob semifreddo was also a delightful and unique choice, bringing a smooth and subtly sweet finish to the evening. Overall, La Norma combines stunning views, excellent food, and a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere, making it a top choice for anyone visiting Mlini. Highly recommended! We ate here twice during our 4 day visit to the area - the food was amazing! Great quality, flavour, presentation and portion sizes just right. Great views and atmosphere, and the service was excellent too. Cannot fault it. If you’re in the area, you must visit Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
